Gerard’s Bistro’s ‘Autumn on James’ dish will be available from Friday 14th March – Sunday 16th March, 2014.
Suckling pig poached in buttermilk with fossilised parsnips, fermented cabbage, chestnut cream and walnuts. Match this dish with a glass of Witches Falls Chardonnay to experience the full taste of the Southern Queensland Country.

As part of the Autumn on James event, Gerard’s Bistro Head Chef, Ben Williamson will be carving up a large (whole) 50kg Berkshire slow-roasted pig on the spit in the Gerard’s Lane from 2pm onwards.
The pork will be served with walnut tarator and pomegranate for $10, while Burleigh Brewing Co.’s My Wife’s Bitter will be available in the Lane for $7 a bottle.
