A JAPANESE WAY… GERARD’S MEETS JAPAN.
Nancy Singleton Hachisu renowned author of ‘Preserving The Japanese Way’ and ‘Japanese Farm Food’ will be hosting a dinner with Ben Williamson on Tuesday, 18th of October.
Ben will be combining Nancy’s traditional Japanese cooking methods with a new range of Japanese artisan produce, provided by Fino Foods. The evening will be a contemporary twist on Japanese cuisine infused with the Bistro’s Middle Eastern flavours. Nancy’s notable work with local and organic produce will be present throughout this shared feast.
