Gerard’s Bistro invites Head Chef Nick Holloway of North Queensland’s acclaimed Nu Nu Restaurant into the kitchen for an intimate dinner on Tuesday the 21st of February.
This won’t be the first time that these Two Hatted Chef’s have crossed paths as Gerard’s Bistro won ‘Restaurant of the Year’ and Nu Nu won ‘Regional Restaurant Of The Year’ at the Brisbane Times Good Food Guide Awards 2016.
While Gerard’s draws inspiration from Middle Eastern and Southern European influences, Nu Nu focuses on fresh, local produce and embracing our tropical climate through spices and flavours.
The dinner will be a share style, five-course degustation menu, where Williamson and Holloway’s styles will compliment each other.
